The Scientific Image Reconstruction and Analysis Facility (SIRAF) is a many-tasking computing cluster dedicated to image processing and analysis. The cluster currently contains 272 CPU cores, 24 graphical processing units, 528 GB of memory, and 48 TB of RAID 5 storage capacity. Standard scientific and image processing packages installed on the cluster include Matlab, IDL, Mathematica, R, Scientific Python, ImageJ, VTK/ITK, Paraview and others.
